Current• Installations, configurations of Linux environments (RHEL7, RHEL8, Open SUSE) andApache Tomcat• Database support (Cassandra)• Service optimization (scripting in PowerShell, cronjobs)• Log analysis in Splunk, building of various dashboards• Daily use and optimization of monitoring tools (Nagios, Icinga)• Task tracking via Kanban cards and Jira• ITIL4 process usage for incident / problem / change management, request fulfilmentand creation of knowledge records through a ticketing system• Verbal and written communication with our product owners and customers• Creation of various SLAs, presentations for our product owner team about ourresults, KPIs• Product lifecycle management and release planning• Creation of documentation
