Duties & Responsibilities: .Increase the companies market share by meeting and exceeding agreed objectives in terms of acquiring new business and customer retention. To raise the awareness and profile of the company in the market place by promoting the company as the leader in the industry .To identify potential customers by cold calling, networking, referrals etc., and actively pursue same to result in successful acquisitions. .Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets by developing an adequate pipeline in line with sales conversion ratios .Communicate and distribute all successful quotations to the relevant departments in accordance with current procedures. Complete sales reports, customer profile reports in accordance with the company quality procedures. .Submit an activity/new business report on a monthly basis to the Managing Director . Achieve agreed or given targets/deadlines as directed by the Managing Director .Liaise closely with Operations Managers and staff at the relevant location and establish a close working relationship. . Maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times to enhance company profile.

• Take responsibility and overall management for all projects from inception to ultimate completion.• Create and manage plans for engineering, financial management, QA, site survey and assessment, Site Acquisition, Procurement, Logistics Support, Implementation, completion and reporting.• Attend daily project meetings at Safaricom • Work on a monthly sales target to meet on Safaricom and Nokia siemens networks projects• Allocate site construction budgets for engineering tasks, logistics procurement and deliveries.• Maintain the database of all accredited and potential subcontractors including agreements.• Review all purchase requisitions, orders and expense claims to ensure that all project related costs identified, correctly, allocated and captured• Submit daily reports to the Managing director on the projects progress• Draw up and submitted to financial management a cash flow forecast for the duration of each site• Compile Variation Orders in consultation with other divisions and general Management• Create and Control Project Work Breakdown Structure and Statement of Work for each project under my control• Ensure all tasks undertaken by project resources are delivered accurately, on time and within budget.
