Current- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a diverse workforce, including salary calculations, benefits administration, and payroll tax compliance. - Collaborate with HR and finance teams to implement and administer retirement plans, such as 401(b), and medical saving (HSA, FSA) plans. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, bonuses, and other compensation components. - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and stay updated on changes in legislation and reporting requirements. - Streamline payroll processes by implementing automation and technology solutions, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced errors.
