• Tracking of berthing schedule (MPS & DEPOT 10)• Developing evacuation plan for trucks & drivers per the number of released units from MPS & DEPOT 10• Providing stack list of dangerous cargo containers for the drivers for the day’s evacuation at port (MPS & DEPOT 10)• Data entry of all import hazardous containers from port (class 2- class 9 containers)• Attending berthing meetings to record vessel sailing and arriving at the Port of Tema.• Providing customer service for clients about vessel arrival information and container location.• Sending Gate in and Gate out reports to the various shipping line.• Providing daily and monthly report of import containers.

• Checking of shipping and customs documents• Data entry(Recording of B/L no., BOE no., Agency of client , Phone no. etc)• Generating invoices for clients.• Container tracking for the various terminals.

• Recording of vessel arrival information from CEPS boarding office.• Collection of import and export manifest from shipping lines.• Shipper registration. (Marketing exercise to register importers)• Attending berthing meetings.• Receiving shipper complaints
