He has successfully helped the team develop its commercial prototype system that is now fitted to a number trains across the UK and globe, also winning the Network Rail trial for In-Service Monitoring. The team have successfully secured a number of R&D contracts and are bringing forward a number fo in-service track monitoring solutions.

He oversaw more than 70 boys take their RFU rugby ready courses and ELRA level 2 refereeing qualifications.He was nominated onto the RDU Leadership Course and completed the 12 month course with distinction
