Roles & Responsibilities:Treasury/Funds Planning - Payment Voucher/Requisition.Revenue tracking & Receivables.Reconciliations - Bank reconciliation, Intercompany reconciliation.Fixed assets - Fixed assets reconciliation, Fixed assets register update, Depreciation, Disposal.Prepayments & Accruals - Rent prepayment, Insurance prepayment schedule, Prepaid expenses, Trade & other payables. Documentation – DatabaseJob Description:Ensure strict compliance with processes and procedures of the Group company as related to Finance & Accounts and the entire organization at large. Receive payment schedule from Accountant, compute withholding tax deductible and add the account details, make payment to the beneficiaries, and share with all concerned parties. Daily posting of all financial transactions into Sage ERP or any other accounting package that the Group company may use. Entering all requisitions and cash advance forms received on Sage ERP. Retain all bank reconciliation statements after they have been signed off by the accountant.Reconciliation of vendor and client accounts.Entering all reconciling items from the bank reconciliation exercise on Sage ERP.Prepare schedules of prepayments, creditors, accruals, and other recurring transactions on monthly and yearly basis.Account Payable Management as may be directed by the supervisor.Collate relevant documentation from the rig contracts operations team for the customer billing process and prepare and submit such invoices for payment.Provide support for customers, regulatory bodies, and any other audits that might be required.Any other tasks/assignments from your supervisors.

(Managerial accounting for the Company’s BDC, Oil & Gas, Nestle Distribution, Party Rental, Fabrics, Opebi Real Estate, Abeokuta Real Estate). Preparation & analysis of financial statements. Coordinates office administration. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation. Preparation and timely rendition of all regulatory reports – weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Basically, for the BDC.Timely rendition of reports of all subsidiaries to Management (weekly/mid-month/monthly).Review sales records, vouching for sales & supplier’s invoices and bank proceeds.Business cash flow projections.Substantive test on transactions and balances.Maintaining accounting policies and procedures.Backing up all organization financial transaction data to the company database.Timely remittance of statutory obligations such as Taxes and other levies.

(Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Tax Consulting Services, and other Professional Services).Preparation of Management Account.Cash and Bank Reconciliation.Receivables, Payables Ledger updating. Attending to issues raised by external Auditors.Supervising staff to ensure correct and complete entries in accounting Books.Budgeting and Variance analyses for management use. Worked closely with clients in obtaining confirmations and delivering timely and quality service.Any other financial duties assigned by managing partner and senior auditors.
