The NGO De Gevulde Waterkruik is a drinking water project located in Guinea Bissau (Western Africa). The NGO builds low cost water tanks, for rainwater harvesting, and latrines in several provinces and on the islands. Both the water tanks and the latrines are built by local masons, educated by the NGO as well as by several of our local coordinators. Moreover, De Gevulde Waterkruik shares know-how in other countries, like Gambia and Burkina Faso, where it educates local masons in building water tanks.
