As an architect, my professional experience includes the design of a wide range of building types throughout western North Carolina. I have worked with both public sector and private sector clients on projects ranging from small additions on houses to office buildings, retail buildings, churches, schools and urban mixed use projects. I have been part of real estate development partnerships including the recently completed mixed use building at 12 South Lexington Avenue in Asheville.I am also experienced in working with public and private boards and commissions including the Historic Resources Commission of Asheville and Buncombe County, Asheville Downtown Association, Asheville Downtown Commission, and the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce. I have served as board chair for each of these groups. One of my goals is to design and build the best quality architectural projects for our clients. To achieve this, we are able to provide clients with a vertically integrated project delivery which includes providing real estate consulting, architectural design and construction services.
