Primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of Seaflex, including business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as financial analysis/reporting to other key employees and the CEO.

Responsibility for planning of daily deliveries of (mostly) consumables to the major store chains in the northern half of Sweden. The job included daily communication with representatives from all major distributors active in the area, as well as drivers and personnel in the receiving stores. Besides planning, I also ensured that the shipments were on time and communicated any delays and problems to affected clients as well as management. We were also responsible for receiving shipment orders from suppliers, updating systems, finding alternate transportation in case of delays, and being available as a support for drivers with various questions.

Before I started my studies at Umeå University, I had the opportunity to work part time registering income-tax returns at the Swedish tax agency. During an average day, I reviewed between 200 and 1000 tax returns of different sizes.

Using SAP, I worked in a small group during a project at Vattenfall AB. The project was to transfer large amounts of data between two different databases, so the job meant watching the process and fixing errors when they occurred. Due to the large amount of data processed, the work was mostly done at night and during the weekends to minimize the strain on the system.

By showing initiative in the workplace and suggesting improvements to the current systems used, I proposed switching to a new system for dealing with digital evidence, which we started doing in late 2007. Together with technicians, I was responsible for making sure the system was implemented in the region of Västerbotten, and had continuous communication with the developers in Stockholm as well as other key personnel in the region.

I was solely responsible for the archivation, copying and distributing of digital evidence that had been collected at the police station in Umeå. Every day I worked with hundreds of pictures, videos and other forms of digital evidence.Most, if not all, requests for these files came through me and I was therefore in constant communication with prosecutors and officers requesting copies.
