I am Co-Founder of Automobotics Controls Group Inc. and have been successful in leading complex projects, which involved senior, intermediate, junior and work placement students from conception all the way through to on-site installation and acceptance. My experience and knowledge of Automation, Robotics, Controls allows me to mentor, teach and assign tasks to members of my team that are both achievable and challenging to keep them stimulated, growing, and satisfied in their career. I am a dynamic, easy going individual, who enjoys sharing my problem-solving skills and thought process to help others develop the skills and tools to work independently through any situation. My strengths include the ability to simplify complex and overwhelming projects by developing a strategy to divide the project into smaller more manageable segments that align well with the abilities and interests of every one of the team.
