Sales Support Manager - Smb & Channels Sales
My role involves are number of different tasks, ensuring all customer price books are current, Sales Force data is current, working directly with our Channels partners, Point of contact for Dealer regarding supplies queries e.g. Advise channel partners of our best media options to solve a customer’s solution Support Supplies team in Channel communication including new products, current requirements within the market.Support Distribution manager in managing partner supplies programs in order to ensure compliance with program requirementsLiaise with Channel management, Channel partners and system vendors in updating systems to meet business requirements and the management of specific projectsLiaise with Sales operations in the inclusion of manual adjustments to Channel Partner results for reporting in both internal and external systems.Support Channel Management through tracking and updating of key performance reports e.g. daily orders to support performance tracking against forecasts and channel programs
