I am an attorney, dental practice broker, practice valuation specialist, writer and lecturer. Founder and partner at Practice Exchange, a brokerage firm specializing in dental and optometry practice transitions. Our team at Practice Exchange, has over 50 years of practice transition experience and have transitioned over 3,000 practices.I have been honored to lecture at several schools and conventions including Harvard Dental School, Columbia Dental School, and Boston University's Goldman Graduate School of Dentistry. My career in dental practice transitions began in 1990, when I founded the Almonte Fallago Group, Ltd., a consulting firm specializing in dental practice transitions nationwide. After over 20 years in the dental industry, I started National Eye Care Transition Group, specializing in optometry practice transitions nationwide. In 2018 National Eye Care Transition Group expanded into, Practice Exchange, a firm specializing in dental and optometry practice transitions nationwide. I am the author of the The Dentist's Handbook on Bringing in an Associate or Taking in a Partner and one of several authors of Practice Alternative Programs published by the American Association of Orthodontists. I am a member of the Practice Valuation Study Group, Institute of Business Appraisers, American Bar Association, Rhode Island Bar Association and the National Health Lawyers Association. I hold a Doctor of Laws degree from Cornell University, and a graduate of Holy Cross College.
