Accumulated a great amount of experience in customer service and support through various roles such as retail salesperson at JB Hifi and ICT Tech Support with Jims IT. I have a methodical customer focused approach to work and a strong determination to see things through to completion. Seeking a customer service IT position which will utilize the professional and technical skills developed throughout past work experiences.These are the SFIA skills that I obtained throughout my work experiencesTesting Level 3 (TEST) – For my internship, I perform tests on any new implemented systems (like security systems or any new site functions like live chat) and observe any outputs which are then reported. I run these tests to monitor performance and ensure optimum quality. Sales Support (SSUP) Level 3 – With my work experience at JBHIFI and my internship, I assist clients on making decision by finding out the proper product/solution that will be useful or beneficial for them. I tend to find the solution based on their requirements and at times what they ask for. I also provide advice and assist the clients on how they can use the service to its fullest potential.
