Was able to save the client approximately $500K on two wells by modifying procedures and reducing losses of oil based mud during the CHCD process.• Consulted to the Mexican Group, Consorcio Global Terrestre y Maritimo. Responsible for contracting all services for a multi – well integrated Project in North Central Mexico. Negotiated agency agreement with Packers Plus, was engaged in negotiations with other Canadian companies to provide services in Mexico. • Tasked with developing a viable CPD&T (Controlled Pressure Drilling and Testing) business in the former Soviet Union.• Managed all production Testing and MPD operations for the former Soviet Union Controlled Pressure Drilling and Testing Organized Stimulation and remedial cementing operations.• Successful in winning all major PMCD (Pressurized Mud Cap Drilling) contracts in Kazakhstan.• Oversaw design, construction, and importation of two surface well test packages, and the first complete closed circuit underbalanced drilling system in Russia.• No MPD equipment or market on arrival in Russia. • Spent two years designing and building Russia specific (cold weather) well testing and MPD equipment, while presenting technical solutions to Russian Majors, TNK-BP, Lukoil, Gazprom, and Rosneft at all business unit levels in western and central Siberia. • The technology is now an accepted practice, and it is a young but rapidly growing component of the drilling process in many of the newer fields in East – Central Siberia.• Successfully secured a monopoly for Weatherford’s RCD systems in Kazakhstan. •• Underbalanced Drilling Applications, Villahermosa, Mexico • Hired to establish an underbalanced drilling arm for a turnkey drilling project in southern Mexico, and establish Halliburton as an industry leader in underbalanced drilling in Mexico. • The turnkey project involved 36 wells drilled to 6600 meters with five 3000 HP and two 2000 HP drilling rigs.• Supervised the drilling of more than 80 wells with MPD (Managed Pressure) Techniques including recyclable foam, two phase circulation with OBM / WBM and nitrogen.• Operational and financial responsibility for the Underbalanced Applications service line for all of Mexico.• Halliburton completely absent in the Underbalanced / MPD market on arrival. Zero personnel, and zero equipment. • Oversaw the design and construction of approximately $40MM in equipment (approximately 70% of the Company’s global fleet.) • Alpine VP Latin America, Mexico 1998 - 2000. Arrived in Villahermosa, Mexico in September 1998 to investigate PEMEX market for Alpine service lines. In August 1999, founded Alpine Mexicana S.A. de C.V., bid on, and was awarded Southern Region Underbalanced Contract. This was the first contract in Mexico to incorporate a closed circuit 4 phase separation system. Market value at that time was zero. Through an aggressive technical sales campaign, $4.8MM was generated the first year with a single set of equipment

 VP Latin America, Argentina 1994 – 1998 Hired to establish a well testing branch of Alpine Oil Services Corporation in Argentina. All equipment was built and imported from Canada, and all employees were locals. By early 1997, Alpine was the largest testing company in Argentina with five locations, providing separation services, open hole inflatable DST with EM (Electromagnetic) telemetry, slick and braided line, TCP, and reservoir engineering. At its peak in 1997, the Company had 35% of the country’s service market share, and generated FBOI of 28% on revenue of $11MM all from a standing start.

Began initially as a member of the Madrid Testing Pool, worked on call for offshore DST's for Africa, Europe, and the Canadian Arctic. During this period was trained by Halliburton in cementing, and Special Tools and performed all services in more than thirty countries in Africa and Europe.
