I am a partner in Proskauer’s Private Credit Group and co-head of the Firm’s Private Credit Restructuring practice. For more than 30 years, I have represented a wide range of private credit funds in their leverage finance transactions across all industries and continue to represent them during the life cycle of loan. Over the past ten years, with my partners in the Firm’s Private Credit Group, we have developed a number of industry-acclaimed, proprietary reports for tracking private credit trends and defaults, including the Private Credit Default Index, Annual Report and Private Credit Survey. Today my work is focused on working with asset managers in private credit, credit opportunities and distressed situations. As an avid news junkie, I enjoy hearing other points of view and sharing my own through articles, interviews, lectures and podcasts.
