I would consider myself an optimistic, enthusiastic and caring person. I always strive to communicate in a social and inclusive way so everybody feels safe and comfortable. The people who know me, know I like being the center of attention. As I have a bachelor's degree in performing arts, this is the core of who I am and what I do. With this attribute, I take the opportunity by getting other people excited and involved in any subject possible. Eager to hit the ground running and performing in a faced paced environment with a lot of chaos is my guilty pleasure. Trying to find the balance between total chaos and knowing all the ins and outs are key features of how I work and perform. Doing this alone is never a great idea, that is why teamwork is very important to me. Finding and using the strengths of every team member to create the best result.
