Responsible for overseeing the supply chain billing process, in order to ensure accurate and appropriate billing and pricing of supplies. Review pricing structures for customer supplies to ensure profitability, and provide detailed financial information, reports, and analysis for both internal and external customers. Responsibilities Include: • Oversee audit supply purchases to ensure proper purchase orders and accurate billing. • Monitor audit customer supply costs and pricing structures to establish appropriate supply rates. • Review billing data accuracy and conduct data checks.• Provide detailed financial information and analysis as requested. • Prepare revenue reports and provide financial details to internal and external customers.• Understand financial processes and communicates processes with management. • Conduct initial set-up of new customer supply billing in Smart Warehousing’s inventory management system, SWIMs. • Administer customer monthly rate increases- review past sales assumptions, business reviews, revenue, etc. • Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities and Tasks included:• Analysis daily reports to verify all orders have been posted and closed, along with confirming all inbound receipts. • Manually process any orders that have failed to PGI/MIGO, report all failures. • Complete/Process all daily inventory adjustments. ZREC report (reconciliations), investigate and complete any distribution unit variances that may be out of balance in SAP. • Schedule all Outbound orders through OTM (Oracle Transportation Management), working with carriers to ensure all appointment times are meet, and reschedule if necessary. • Report any LOD’s - trailers left on dock awaiting pickup, including missed appointments for Live loads, carrier no shows, record any charge backs that may be result of these issues.• Run daily lot check to confirm yard map is accurate – trailers in correct doors/yard spots.• Report any and all enroutes for IB/OB shipments (shortages/overages) to Unilever.• Scan and file all completed/signed invoices for all orders/receipts; and send to billing department. • Manage the Trailer Pool Report (trailers out of service, fuel levels and reefer temperatures are accurate and continuously running, contact carriers for all trailer needs). • Determine daily labor planning demand, based on work volume (Future Vol. Sales Report)• Associate route codes and complete all pick plans for all shipping orders. • Review and complete EOM at “Risk Report”. Completing all orders to meet EOM requirements; before the month is closed out.

Responsibilities and Tasks included: • Managed Inventory Control Team at our two Distribution Centers. • Ensuring productivity, accuracy, and maintaining the integrity of Inventory.• Conduct Cycle Counts daily by setting up parameters throughout the DC’s based on value, product type, volume of shipping, etc. Run KPI reports monthly for all cycle counts completed and expected to maintain at least a 98% accuracy rate. All counts are completed through RF Terminal Units (scanner guns); all counts and any variances are evaluated daily to help avoid any shortages. Successfully completed 3 yearly Inventory audits conducted by Deloitte.• Consolidate all products to help maintain the capacity of our DC’s and to avoid overflow, as well as re-slotting all types of product lines we carry by evaluating sales reports of history and forecasting to help making production run more accurate and more efficient.• Spec all product that is received whether new or existing and making sure that SKU’s have the correct dimensions, classifications (High Value, hazardous SKU’s, etc), this helps making sure all SKU’s are shipped correctly and avoiding any charge backs. • Evaluate and determine which SKU’s classified as phased out/discontinued need to be scrapped out (destroyed) or transfer to a third party at a discounted price. • Inspect/test and sample all product in field and in QA lab – ensuring product passes Material Review Board inspections. • Evaluated all adjustments (shortages) made by other departments in the DC’s, helping avoid missing product, shortage/overage shipments, and even pilferage.• Lead Safety Committee team member, assist in training new hires in learning standard Safety procedures, hazmat, bloodborne pathogens, etc.
