Peter is a Texas State credentialed COML, COMT, AUXCOMM, a Certified Instructor for ICS- 300 & 400 (Incident Command System), and holds an FAA 107 credential for unmanned aircraft.Prior to becoming involved in Public Service, Mr. Aronstam served 6 years as an executive in a Fortune 500 company, gaining extensive experience on coordinating and guiding multiple independent research and development operating groups.Originally educated as an Earth Scientist, he has considerable experience in Geo-technical engineering, meteorology, electrical engineering, RF communications.He did his undergraduate work in Geology at California State University with a minor in Electrical engineering. He attended graduate school at the University of California in Geology and Geophysics, serving as a Research Assistant for the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics, a Chevron Fellow. He has authored numerous papers give presentations worldwide on diverse subjects including physiology, computational architecture, oil and gas, communications and management.Presently he also serves as President of the Board of Trustees of the Hyder Valley Irrigation Water Delivery District in Arizona, with responsibility for the production and monitoring of irrigation water, and distribution to landownersA life-log marine enthusiast, he holds the grade of Senior Navigator and Certified Instructor for the United States Power Squadrons, Galveston Bay Squadron.
