Reporting to the CEO and CFO, I was responsible for Loss Prevention across a retail footprint of over 350 sites, with an operating income exceeding $800 million. I had direct management of 20 staff across Asset Protection and Business Improvement functions.* Ensured the consistent and efficient operation of business policies and procedures through Regular Internal audits of financial, administration, OHS and compliance processes.* Monitored and Manage the Asset Protection Resources, both internal and externally available, to achieve business expectations. * Identified potential for loss and develop strategies to minimise Shrinkage. * Supported People & Culture Department regarding disciplinary and harassment allegations, Staff Dishonesty and workplace violence incidents.* Ensured all physical security measures were in place and maintained at all sites in accordance with Industry best practices and in a cost effective manner.* Implemented and Managed auditing of Stock take processes and was responsible for the accurate reporting of results to Senior management, Audit Committee and members of the Board.

Reporting to the State Manager responsible for Loss Prevention across 40 sites across New South Wales.* Reduction of Unknown Shrinkage and wastage across the state* Security and Loss Prevention Presentations at Staff Lectures and Seminars.* Review and Investigation of Both Internal and External theft. * Supporting Human Resources in Staff issues

Reporting to the Chief Investigating Officer *Ensuring adequate security of all premises and/or plant. *Undertaking enquiries and Investigations of and Breaches of both internal staff and customers in Breach of the Commonwealth Crimes act and Telecommunications Act.* Preparation of Briefs of Evidence to Director of Public Prosecutions in support of legal proceedings around contravention of the Commonwealth Crimes act and Telecommunications Act.* Giving evidence on numerous occasions in support of Charges laid by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
