I hold a degree in Control and Automation Engineering from the University of Salford and an HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.Before transitioning into automation, I spent three years as a data analyst, where I developed a strong foundation in data analysis and problem-solving. Prior to that, I gained valuable experience in database maintenance, 3rd line tech support, quality assurance, and marketing.I'm passionate about using automation to improve efficiency and innovate processes.
