I am a system and network engineer who is skilled in planning, designing, and managing various types of networks to ensure smooth communication and connection in terms of wireless network services, data, voice, and video.I assist IT Engineering through the IT Department ticketing system, and it is my responsibility to ensure that requests received at the company's Infrastructure hotline help desk, are processed appropriately in accordance with company internal controls and policy. This support will extend to our computer systems, hardware, networking solutions, servers, central data center, telecommunications, and future recommended solutions.My role as Systems and Network Engineer is an important part of the IT team because I understand how networks work and provide the necessary hardware and software tools for an efficient, quick, and secure connection and communication across different areas.
