About Peter Assfalg

I am currently serving as an Inspector with the Queensland Police Service (QPS), rejoining in March 2008 after having completed a twelve month contract in October 2007 as a training advisor at Numaniyah National Police Academy in Iraq. I performed duties of Directing Staff delivering training to the newly formed Iraqi National Police as part of the Civilian Police Assistance Training Team (CPATT). I have previously served at numerous stations and sections within the QPS (11000 + sworn members) over a twenty-six (26) year period from 1980 to 2006, attaining the commissioned rank of Inspector, in order to develop as high a degree of proficiency in as wide a variety of fields as possible. This broad base of experience will allow me to perform duties in any desired capacity with the highest probability of success.
