Hällered Proving Ground

Mechanical Integration measurements, data collection and analysis work. Tests performed on test tracks in Sweden, Italy and Spain. Travel management, planning labour, equipment and support. Implemented high-speed camera measurement equipment (AICON 3D) and updated test procedures. During on-site visits to different test tracks I developed and implemented new test scenarios according to the differencies on the different test tracks (Idiada in Spain, Nardo in Italy). Introduced laserscanner (Creaform) for measurements of the vehicles dimensions and properties.

Interior climate testing in new vehicle projects. Testing in test beds such as wind tunnels and climate chambers at different locations, including travel management. Several expeditions to different places in the world, with different climates hot/ cold/ damp/ dry etc.

Powertrain durability testing. Both engines and transmissions were tested. Trouble-shooting with different analysis tools and genuine knowledge of the systems.Responsible for the test bed regrding function, performance and daily maintenance, water, fuel, cooling etc.

Engine durability testing.Responsible for keeping existing workinstructions up to date. Develop and implementing new workinstructions.Responsible for test cells regarding maintenance and function.

Calibration of cold start and calibration of after start performance of Diesel engines with common-rail fuel system.Hardware testing and development such as injectors, starter system, battery system, double-mass flywheel and clutch system.Tests took place in test cells and during expeditions in different places and climates around the world such as Idiada, Spain, Sierra Nevada, Spain.

Combustion engine function testing.Base calibration of ignition, fuel injection, camshaft position, Testing different hardware such as camshafts, intake and exhaust systems. Responsible for the test cell and its equipment regarding calibration, daily check-ups and maintenance. Ordering repairs and maintenance when needed.

Fork lift driver, also stock picker during the first months. Later I was responsible of rush orders, and orders containing goods on the way, demanding high skills in searching for goods in different places, on trucks, in palettes etc.

Installing, service, repair and restoration of transport refrigeration units.
