I have over 35 years of experience working within the building design/drafting industry. My areas of expertise are most specifically related to running my busy design/drafting firm and managing its multiple employees. I also oversee its daily operations and various projects, liaise with clients, builders, councils and engineers, prepare high-quality working drawings, and identify successful design solutions, and strategies relating to the approval processes, for unique and/or complex projects. I can assist with all types of building design projects - big or small - including residential or commercial, new homes, secondary dwellings, granny flats, renovations and extensions, single or multiple storey buildings, childcare and medical centres, office, retail and hospitality projects, and industrial ventures.
