Delivered pre and post launch optimization of 3000 LTE and UMTS sites (macro and DAS) for several AT&T markets with a team of RF engineers. Responsible for support and mentorship to customer engineers in optimizing market KPIs to optimal level by analyzing network data and implementing recommended parameter changes. Routinely check and ensure that optimization parameters are updated and accurate. Provided technical support to presales proposals for potential projects. Analyzed and recommended RF tuned prediction models in Planet EV RF prediction tool for cell site design for AT&T San Diego and Atlanta markets. Led a team of RF engineers in optimizing CDMA sites for Sprint Detroit market. Responsibilities include parameter audit, KPI performance monitoring and improvement. Created and implemented RF tuned prediction models using Planet in for Sprint San Francisco market. Managed a team of RF engineers in calibrating, analyzing and validating location fix measurement to ensure the accuracy of the results and meet/exceed the government (FCC) mandated requirement for Wireless Operators (E911). Travelled to Asia as a RF Consultant. Represented Marconi in select client meetings (sales and RF support) in Manila, Philippines and Jakarta, Indonesia. Worked directly with clients in Sydney, Australia and Bangkok, Thailand to finalize RF prediction models used in PlanetEV prediction tool.
