1.Daily Management of entire Retirement Village Work force2.Overall in Charge of the operations of the 51 Residential Units, the attached farm land and the entire water management including our own Sewerage plant.3.Assist and take care of the elderly residents that require assistance...build professional relations on a continuous basis and gain the elderly's trust4.Deal with our preferred Suppliers and potential house buyers that first come and visit to experience living in a Retirement Village community.5.Be well informed with all financial aspects pertaining to sound financial management of the Retirement Village and reporting thereof in our monthly Management meeting with the relevant Trustees6.Have a good positive and friendly attitude daily and excellent communication skills at all times.7.Understand the mechanics of a retirement village, the selling and buying of Houses/Units, the maintenance and upkeep of the properties etc.8.Action every request from the residents and trustees within the shortest possible waiting time.9.Be of a positive nature and respect everyone around you, be a go getter and gain people's trust and respect.
