- Allegro 8 system expert - supporting CMTM, Pricing, Trade Execution, Natural Gas Scheduling, Actualisation, Settlement, Invoicing. Creating custom reports. Incident and change manager. Mentoring and training the support team- Project work: Allegro 8 system patch and general release implementation, Australia gas system integration to Allegro 8 (contract, task, pricing, trade and invoicing setup)- Project lead: DT.EnergySuite (integrated decision support system for gas traders) implementation, created the technical design and solution for the SQL database load, created SQL scripts for DB load and control reports- Upgraded the Daisy ETRM system interfaces to Webmethods, created technical and EDI integration- Allegro system upgrade from version 7 to 8developed SQL pricing setup, created automated mapping tools, implementation plan, scripts, and technical support document- Allegro 7 support: supporting data supply interfaces for Allegro gas trading system and Business Warehouse reporting system- SAP BW support - creating and updating BW queries to meet the business requirements

- EDI advanced support, and maintenance- Complex integration setups. Protocols used: SMTP, FTP, SFTP, OFTP- Project Lead: MoveIT FTP (SaaS) service integration to ExxonMobil, migrated all individual and system users/accounts (600+), converted manual transfers to batch transfers. Created technical and end user documentation for the users.
