Non-Product Development Project Leader for:a) Office fit-out projects reporting to the plant manager. Results: Contracted an award winning architect studio, 2000 sqm office space designed and 1000 sqm office area refurbished; all sub-projects closed in time, within budget.b) Change Management. Results: Definition of roles and cooperation model for Business Unit Organization (3 international locations, ~4000 associates). Developed & implemented the plant (~3000 associates) internal communication strategy: quarterly town hall meeting, monthly newsletter.c) Productivity improvement projects on administrative fields reporting to the head of departments of purchasing, HR, technical engineering and production. Results: 12 managers coached, overall 10% productivity improvement realized.

a) Project leader for application of lean principles in the non-production areas. Results: double digit productivity improvement in purchasing, engineering and quality mgmt. in 3 months with new team.b) Project team member for lean production principles application. Results: 600 TEUR saving in shipping cost, 5% internal material flow process improvement.

Manage daily operations (fulfill customer orders, procurement) and imporvements for production and online sales of custom and stock wall decorations (vinyl decals, wallpapers, special prints). Results: Optimized the raw material stock process resulting 25% cost saving. Implementation of standard work: 15 % productivity increase in 3 months.
