- Continue the same leadership and technical responsibilities that are under the R&D lifecycle manager role- In addition, act as the Quality Norm leader for the Ultrasound business, responsible for driving initiatives to improve three internal and external quality metrics: complaint rate reduction, rating and reviews, and manufacturing yields for existing and new products.- Partner with leaders and their teams across the global organization from product management, customer service, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality... to drive quality programs and support a culture of quality focus- Communicate to ExCo and senior leadership on the Quality Norm KPI performance for Ultrasound

- Lead a team of 12-14 great engineers from different disciplines and functions, chemical engineers, material science, reliability, mechanical, electrical, and biomedical engineers-Coach, mentor, set team goals, and conduct annual assessments for direct reports-Responsible for the reliability/quality metrics of 100 released transducer models, and Design for Reliability process implementation for new transducers.-Responsible for biocompatibility and material safety of new and released transducers-Responsible for meeting customers' and markets' changing needs to sterilize and disinfect transducers in clinical settings-Responsible for the R&D material and reliability testing lab to develop and characterize cutting-edge technologies.- Partner with Regulatory team to support quality and design control audits from regulatory bodies.. FDA, NMPA, EU-MDR-Lead a warranty reduction program for released transducers to improve customer experience, market serviceability tools, and product quality-Responsible for lifecycle projects to reduce manufacturing costs, improve the quality of released products, and qualify new designs to mitigate supply chain material shortages-Project management for one or two large lifecycle projects/programs at a time -My team acts as the source of lifecycle and reliability technical expertise for customers around the world and their field service engineers

- Contributed as a member of the new product development project team to represent reliability and risk assessment- Executed Design for Reliability process for new medical device development- Facilitated risk assessment and design FMEA discussions- Authored reliability test plans for new product development- Programmed new field reliability health dashboard using SQL, data analytics skills, and Tableau- Led transducer reliability center of excellence group- Performed reliability statistical modeling- Managed reliability improvement projects
