It has been a super project with close cooperation with our main contractor. We managed to get our approvals for starting production as scheduled. Building and land is prepared to facilitate future expantions. Looking forward to kick start next steps.

Production, warehouse, Maintenance, planning and purchasing.app 160 staff in my organisation.2003 started up a green field production in Malaysia. New spunbond line, one of the first from Reicofil that could produce bi-component fibers.2005 new production line added to existing capacity. New R4 machine from Reicofil. Building of production building and installation of machine, including commisioning of the new line.2011 New production line installed and commisioned. 13000 m2 building added to existing production capacity.2013 New sponbund line installed and commisioned. Building and new loading bay area added as well.2016 new project started at a new site here in Malaysia. We are installing a new spunbond machine from Reicofil. Site in operation Q3 2017.2017 Our new site is up running with a new spunbond line. Delivered on time including commisioning and start up.

In charge of preventive maintenance on the plant and buildings.

Follow up on existing ERP system and participate in setting up new ERP system for the whole company. Incharge of various improvement projects across the organisation.

Incharge of production of a new technology Nonwoven products for hygeine industries like diaper and fem care products. Production in operation 24/7

Incharge of Service and Spare parts for the whole product portfolio world wide. Direct contact to ship owners and technicla departments. Mainly chemical, oil and LPG pumps.District heating and other industrial pumps was also included.
