Peter has worked in the Baltimore-Washington “construction corridor” for the past 49 years...the last 25 with KasCon, Inc. - a Columbia, Maryland based general contracting firm - that he helped founded in 1999.Budgeting, bidding and managing the majority of the projects that Peter helps acquire keeps him in tune with the ever changing landscape of the Mid-Atlantic commercial construction/real estate markets.A journalism and political science graduate from Ohio Wesleyan University in ‘75 Peter sought to expand his education and has taken finance, interior design, real estate and law courses at Towson University, University of Baltimore, and the Maryland Institute College of Art.As Executive Vice President Peter’s duties include the generation of new opportunities for KasCon as well as the continuation of top level construction services to the firm’s solid client base.
