• Directly manage Environmental Specialists in their first 12 months of employment at Triumvirate Environmental • Mentor, coach, grow and develop all direct reports in their career at Triumvirate Environmental • Recruit, interview and hire top level talent to the Environmental Specialist group through a vigorous and thorough hiring process • Work with Career Services at universities and colleges across New England to establish and grow Triumvirate's brand on campus, as well as recruit top talent from the student body• Work with the Operations staff to identify staffing needs in the Somerville branch and strategically place Environmental Specialists to these accounts • Create a culture of safety within the group by promoting all facets of safety protocol and procedure

• Oversee the day to day operations and quality control of all accounts within the Higher Education niche• Work directly with the Account Manager and Regional Director to continue to deliver a high level of service to the 20+ accounts within the Higher Education niche, while also seeking out and obtaining new services• Work directly with the Environmental Specialist group to ensure they have all the training and resources to deliver a high level of service to our clients• Mentor, coach and grow direct reports in their careers at Triumvirate Environmental
