I currently manage a diverse and exceptional cross-disciplinary team of IT professionals. I enjoy the challenges of working with my team to navigate our customers through the entire system development lifecycle and into O&M.I also enjoy both the creative thinking and long term strategic planning processes required by my position to help both my company and our clients overcome their technical and business challenges efficiently and effectively. I have experience in analyzing and proposing cost effective solutions to the diverse array of challenges that face businesses of all sizes.Outside of my professional role, I also enjoy working with embedded systems design and programming. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and encouraging students in all fields of technology and business by mentoring a FIRST robotics club and contributing to GW's Cyber Security Lab.
