- Leading on strategy within a leading not-for-profit in the Employment Services and Community sector in Australia. This includes setting strategic direction across the organisation – with a new 2022-26 strategy recently accepted by the Board.- Managing major projects, such as the Recruitflex labour hire growth transformation – redeveloping and doubling the size of that business. - Helming major tenders including the Disability Employment Service and ParentsNext, with considerable success in both (c.$150m of business secured). - Establishing and running the new EcoCrews Social Enterprise, developing it from an initial idea following the Black Summer bushfires through to design and securing substantial funding, through which we have already created over 40 green jobs with integrated high-quality training for young people. - Overseeing new initiatives and pilots, such as our Workforce Solutions approach with a more consultative approach to employer engagement, now rolled out across the business. - A long-standing member of the Campbell Page Executive Team, sharing in critical business decisions and mentoring staff at multiple levels, leading to a surplus of over $4m in FY2021.

- Responsible for all strategy and business development activity- Reporting to the CEO directly and a member of the KS Executive Team- Secured more than £5m in new business for an organisation with existing turnover of c.£6m- Won national DWP Prime Contract for Specialist Employment Services - role included overall strategy (including partnership with YMCA), bid production, commercial modelling and partnerships- Captured a further £1m in subcontracts to deliver DWP Work Choice- Also responsible for KS Communications department and have devised a new KS Communications Strategy- Major contributions to business improvement activity, leading on new ESA and employer engagement models- Significant contribution to the implementation of new contracts- Management of a team of 3, ensuring their continued high performance and progression

- Managing large bids including for the Ministry of Justice and the Department of Work and Pensions.- Major successes included two contracts on the MoJ Transforming Rehabilitation programme and the Mission Providence Joint Venture in Australia, where I worked from Sydney and played an integral part in a major market entry.- Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, team management including recruitment, oversight of the commercial model, review of all tender writing, mitigating risk through risk logs and uploading.- Led on securing more than £15m of new skills business, including around £10m of SFA/ESF Skills Support for the Workforce provision, £2.2m of Work Place Learning contracts and more than £5m of subcontracts from Colleges.- Led successful major welfare-to-work and health bids, including the DWP ESA 18-24 month prognosis Healthcare Provider Led Pilot in 2013 (worth £3.8m) - Ingeus' diversification into the skills market was adopted as a priority after my presentation to the Ingeus Deloitte joint venture board. This was based on a three-month long market analysis project, led by myself, involving staff from both Ingeus and Deloitte. - Have built strong relationships with colleges and other training providers to achieve business-to-business sales (more than £8m). This has involved product development, market positioning and building of brand awareness.- Extensive writing of tenders, to an exceptional standard- External relationships included the Ministry of Justice, Department of Work and Pensions, Skills Funding Agency, LEPs, Local Authorities, Colleges, the Federation of Small Businesses, the CBI and the British Chambers of Commerce.

Part of Ingeus' Business Development team which won seven Work Programme Prime Contracts, leading on the supply chain in the North West and the writing of the tender in London. These contracts collectively are worth more than £500m over 5 years.
