Program Manager Of Youth And Family Services
CurrentA: Administrative -Manage Department Staff evaluations, disciplinary processes, interviewing, on-boarding, and administrative needs.-Manage and directly facilitate program activities in adherence to The Center’s and contractual requirements. -Assure timely completion of all documentation related to the program, including forms for each instance of client service to the Department of Mental Health on a bi-weekly basis.-Collect statistics and prepare reports for Center funders and internal Center use. -Review, and revise, as necessary, all administrative policies and procedures of the youth services department. -Create a program budget and monitor spending during the fiscal year. -Create and deliver data reports to Stake Holders and Grant Partners to advocate for continued partnerships.-Manage department's social media accounts and promote various events on a daily basis.B: Program Development -Develop programming and curriculum for all Center Teen Programming and communications.-Create and schedule monthly calendar of department's peer groups totaling up to 16.-Assist and coach development of all Center Transitional Age Youth Programs and communications-Assist and Coach development of all Center Children and Family Programming.-Create and develop contractual proposals for Long Beach United School District Partnership.-Develop, Schedule and administer LGBTQ trainings virtually and in person. Also responsible for E-Learning Module building using Articulate 360-Onboard and manage program volunteers.C: External Relationships -Serve as the external point person and expert on issues of LGBTQ child development, including meetings, trainings, stakeholder engagement, and networking functions. -Coordinate and collaborate with other service providers, religious organizations, schools, universities and/or any other community resources on Youth Programming-Plan, staff and execute Program outreach at local community events.
