PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:Lead the on and off-site maintenance contracting services, coordinating multiple internal and external resources spanning multiple disciplines and business units in executing contracts ranging in small to medium complexity.DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Manage contracts involving multiple trade disciplines including internal and external resources.2. Provide work direction to co-workers in Central Trades & Services, field groups, shops and external contractors.3. Act as Central Trades and Services Customer Service Representative to manufacturing Business Units for Offsite Contracting.4. Facilitate scope development and execute delivery of off-site contracts, with focus on critical equipment fabrication and refurbishment with respect to quality of workmanship, delivery, and cost management.5. Manage change to scope, schedule and cost and ensure Change orders and associated approvals and communication to customers.6. Estimate resources, including labour, materials, equipment and services for maintenance contracting.7. Develop and deliver Safe Work Permits and assure 3rd party Health & Safety Compliance for on site contractors8. Coordinate Quality Assurance activities including on and offsite quality control and offsite factory acceptance tests.9. Perform external shop assessments and surveillance audits and resolve issues.10. Partner with Purchasing to perform supplier analysis using external shop assessments and surveillance audits.

• Oversee stock of vehicle and warehouse materials, shipping and receiving of supplies • Analyze, participate and suggest materials management cost reduction opportunity • Prepare purchasing requisitions and purchase orders for materials, tools, and vehicles • Maintain and update records using a tracking system to complete reports for the vehicle pool (utilization, history, mileage, fuel, etc.) • Regulate scheduled maintenance, arrange towing and deliver vehicles to and from the Bell work centre/garage • Ensure Bell Garage meets agreed schedules and SLA's • Match vehicle pool availability to technicians' schedules, provide keys, visual inspects • Complete audits on tool and truck conditions • Works with the control centre to ensure vehicles are available to meet load requirements • Track and control material inventory levels and other field assets; complete related reports and maintain assets on site • Handle inquiries and concerns from field managers and technicians and respond in a timely manner with appropriate action to support field efficiency • Liaise with Logistics and Administrators to ensure effective communication on vehicle and minor material inventory issues • Communicate with internal/external customers on daily basis to resolve any discrepancies • General office duties (prepare documents, invoices, faxes, etc.) • Other duties as required based on the needs of the business
