Leading the Development and Infrastructure Teams @ Oneserve.Oneserve is a large scale SaaS field service management solution. As the Head of Development & Infrastructure my work covers a broad spectrum, I get to; evangelise solutions, create proof of concepts for new development work, define working processes, perform line-management for the technical team, hire and develop new and existing team members, liaise with integration partners/sales/external parties/other internal stakeholders and departments, and drive our product(s) forward from a development and delivery standpoint. I also sit in the senior leadership team, and help drive the direction of the business and work with peers to establish better working practices to support our commitment to our customers.

Java developer/Senior developer/Tech lead at Covalent Software (with production systems responsibilities)Throughout my work at Covalent I was able to grow professionally through myriad technical endeavours. I was part of large and small migrations, be it infrastructure or software, and helped introduce new technologies, tooling and processes during my time there.I was involved with the day-to-day full stack software development using Java/SQL/Hibernate/Play!/Knockout.js/Highcharts.js/JQuery/HTML/CSS and others. Placement of 14 months working with an exceptional team of professional developers creating solutions in the server monitoring and CFML debugging area of the web solutions market. Role focussed on personally managed and driven development of a new software version of a current product (FusionDebug) to support multiple platforms and re-invent the system to meet future needs. Involved full product life cycle, and development of knowledge of understanding in the field of software development - focussed on Java - and meeting deadlines associated with a release.
