Leader of 4 teams at Budapest Bank Digital Channels:- Budapest Bank NetBank QA UAT Team, responsible for testing the Bank's Web Application at the final stage- Budapest Bank Mobile QA Team, responsible to test the Bank's Mobile Application on iOS and Android platforms, testing an application, which provided from a 3rd party supplier- Budapest Bank Test Auomation Team, responsible to support all Digital Channels QA workflows at the Bank with automated tests, including to provide the environment and the the test run's also- Budapest Bank Mobile Bank Team, responsible to test the Banks's SMS sending web application and the SMS-Gateway- People manager of 10/15- Test and relase planning inside the Digital Channels and cooperating with the running projects- Test environment availabilty and resource organiztaion with the other projects and fields at the company- Release managment

Working on LastPass

• QA engineer in Access and management team on Central product • manual testing of the product (ASP.net, JAVA, css)• creating test plans and planinng the QA processes• consistent communication with the automation team and the developers • working in SCRUM team• using JIRA, P4V, TestRail for administartion of the development

• Provide 2nd level support for end-users, in a Windows Server 2010 environment and Windows XP,• Vista and 7 on client side. • Full service maintenance of 27 power-printers in the office• Supported applications: o IBM Lotus Applications o AT&T and Avaya Applications o HR Applications and SAP

• Operating and supporting an ERP software created by the company, which has been operated and • supervised in 250 stores across Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and Spain• Responsible for the whole technical support and hardware & software operation• Designing and implementing the hardware and software solutions in new stores• Interpreting the demands of software upgrades from end-users to programmers• Manual testing of the implemented ERP solutions• Designing individual solutions (LAN, WLAN, Digital Surveillance)• Administrating IT systems by several companies (Windows Server – Client architecture)

Leading Technical Trainer providing technical support for the partners• Giving technical support for products distributed by Alphasonic Ltd. (via e-mail, on the phone, and personally in the showroom)• Testing new products, preparing the Hungarian description for those and providing the „know how” for the continuous training of the business partners• Building a technical knowledgebase on the web• Writing technical contributions for newspaper• Designing and serving technical educations for partners (monthly)• Updating the showroom’s equipment so it continuously represents the highest level of security so-lutions offered by the company
