I currently provide 24/7 maintenance for servers and storage systems. Our clients range from very large fortune 500 companies to SMBs. The brands of equipment I work on include: Dell/EMC, Cisco, Brocade, HPE, IBM/Lenovo, Netapp, Hitachi, Oracle, Fujitsu, and Pure Storage. Server platforms I work on and am certified to repair include: HPE Proliant, HPE Integrity/HP9000, Dell Poweredge, IBM xseries, IBM Power/AS400/iseries/pseries/zSeries Mainframe systems, Sun/Oracle SPARC and x86 based machines, DEC VAX /Alphaservers, and Cisco UCS servers. The storage systems I have extensively worked with in the field include: EMC VMAX, Symmetrix, VNX, Clariion, Celerra, Isilon, Data Domain, Unity, VNXe, VPLEX, Avamar, and XtremIO. HPE EVA, MSA, Storageworks, 3PAR, Lefthand SAN, Nimble, and XP storage arrays. Hitachi AMS, USP, VSP, and VSP-G. Dell Compellent, Equallogic, PowerVault, and MD disk storage. IBM DS Enterprise storage, SHARK storage, N-Series storage, Puredata, Storwize, XIV, and VTS systems. Netapp FAS and V series storage systems. The tape storage systems I work on include: Dell PowerVault, HPE ESL and EML Libraries, IBM TS/3494/3590/TS3500-3584/VTS Tape storage systems, Quantum Scalar i series libraries, Sun/Oracle/StorageTek SL/VSM libraries.The skillsets I have gained from working on all these platforms has been honed over the last 20 years working in the field. In a way you could refer to me as the swiss army knife of server and storage repair. My hobby is collecting and repairs vintage servers. In many ways I do not consider my job to be a job, I consider it an extension of my hobby.I have been given the honor of opening and maintaining multiple satellite offices throughout the country. I have mentored many field service engineers. The one thing you will take away from knowing me is that my passion for working on servers is imbedded in my heart.

I repaired IBM/Lenovo/Dell/HP desktop computers. I repaired and performed preventative maintenance on HP/Lexmark/Xerox printers for US Bank Group. Hardware replacement and image reload of PCs.

I repaired HP/Lexmark/Xerox printers and multi-function copiers. Our main client during my tenure was Keybank Corp. The buildings I managed had over 2000 devices which needed routine maintenance and PM service in regular intervals. One of my big accomplishments at Xerox was to save the company over $250k in service part costs by developing a method to repair multi-function IO cards for printers.
