This role is a co-ordinator as well as key point of information specific to tools/capability used primarily by Sales, Order Processing [OP] and Care to Quote, Price and Order. This role serves as specific Sales, Care or OP tool subject matter specialist, with detailed understanding as to capability & functionality.The role incumbent must have a high level of competency in the tool assigned as a subject matter expert. It is expected that the role incumbent will be far more knowledgeable than sales in the use of the capability. The resource must understand upstream and downstream business processes & identify risk, in addition to understanding upstream and downstream systems to the tool assigned to the Requirements Manager.

Summary:The primary role of the Enterprise Product Lifecycle manager is to own the Product readiness. This includes all aspects of Planning, New Product Introduction, sustaining and End of Life of the product set.Specializing in Storage – Dell SC-series (Compellent) and Networking - Dell W-series (Aruba OEM) product portfolio. Main principles, duties and responsibilities:1. Work with cross functional teams to ensure that business/product deliverables are met. Work with the pricing team on a regular basis. Ensure that accurate and up to date product date is displayed on the DELL online stores and in Dell internal ordering tools. Work with the New product engineeniring team to ensure accurate product structure. Work with the Country Product Manager to answer their requests/questions from the Field.2. Attend New Product Introduction Core Team calls. Use planning tools to track status of deliverables at each stage of the lifecycle. Communicate status of deliverables to Country Product Managers and other functional teams on a regular basis.3. Help coordinate product transitions by working with appropriate cross-functional teams.4. Participate in pricing and supply/demand discussions to help ensure that products are available and are competitively positioned.5. Check all product marketing materials for accuracy on a regular basis.6. Create/maintain tools and product information to ensure field readiness to sell the products.7. Issue management messaging (product stop ship, engineering hold and sustaining issues) to the field along with appropriate guidance to sales).8. Support to Segments/ BU's and Country Product Managers - issues, updates, product ordering9. Become the de facto expert of the products for enterprise segments within Dell

Main Responsibilities of the role:• Handling New Premier, Legacy Premier, Global Portal and Dell.xx queries both from Internal (ISR/ASR) (mail, chat and phone support) and external customers (mail support and telephone support) within agreed SLA ’s levels.• Driving online experience for external customers and internal online tools experience for internal users.• Developing new internal tools by participating on new releases and UAT testing.• Responsibility for preparation of reports and team presentations (weekly, monthly, quarterly reports).• Close cooperation and daily communication with respective Marketing teams and groups.• Point of escalations for outstanding issues within the team.

Main Responsibilities of the role:• responsibility for creating, maintaning, supporting and error resolution for a product line and online product configurations• Close cooperation with Product managerss, SKU managers, Pricing teams and with Online content teams• update and maintain order forms, leasing calculators store policies and other store related sites and functions together with the commerce team according to business needs on time• defines scope of work for every LOB related activity to all store managers• daily monitor store quality for selected LOBs in daily error report and clean assigned errors (or reassign to appropriate teams)• Handling store related translations
