Bannon Lawn Care was a landscape construction company that operated out of the greater Needham, Massachusetts area. Acting as the owner and operator of the company, Peter split his time between the management, operational, and financial components of the business. Working with over 175 clients over the course of a five-year period, the team focused on being detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative. Leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, the Needham community came to know the ample amount of work that the company had to offer; lawn mowing, spring/fall clean-ups, debris removals, mulching, planting, and multi-day transformation jobs were the focus. Peter collaborated with three to four staff members on each job to streamline processes and improve bottom-line profitability. The financial and operational component of the business was derived from an excel workbook, sharing insight on each client incomes and expenses, worker costs, and availability.
