I have enjoyed a blend of command and staff roles in my career to date. My strengths lie in Operations Management and Delivery, Leadership, and Training. I am passionate about seeking opportunities for organisational change and delivering solutions in the most demanding environments. I have successfully delivered operational and training outputs whilst managing diverse teams in collaborative and multinational environments. Currently in command of a team of circa 100 personnel, I am responsible for the planning, operational, logistical, training, and human resource considerations of the department. In addition to my military career, I have benefitted from four years' industry experience in marketing, sales, and account management for a global soft drinks company. Aside from my career, I am a keen follower of geopolitics with a MA in Military and Security Studies from King’s College London.
