I have gained invaluable experience within the South African Construction Sector over the last 24 years. In 2002 I qualified from Natal Technikon with a National Diploma - Civils. I then managed various Civils projects and moved to the Building sector. I have worked in and have experience in the following fields - Reinforced concrete works , Road construction , Building works (Commercial) , Aluminium contracting industry (Facade installations) and Residential building works.I have vast experience in Managing construction sites , Health and safety , Programming of Projects , Resource and Personel management , Client relationships, Managing Sub Contractors, Dealing with professional teams, Construction Cost management and being a team player.I am well versed in JBCC Contracts and contractual issues that arise within the construction sector.I am a problem solver who thinks on my feet and am able to manage large teams of personnel and sub contractors at any one time. I currently reside in Durban North in Kwazulu Natal
