Recent assignments include school improvement (achieved moving an Independent School from Inadequate to Good in September 2018), Responsible Individual role for a group of children's homes, development of a therapeutic community (Ofsted outstanding September 2018) and working with a yeshiva to support modernisation, as well as recovery planning, investigations, tender submissions, coaching and policy review.
