Many years of experience in several areas. My main profession was as a teacher. However, in earlier years I worked as a farmhand and construction laborer. Also, five years as a security officer during University. For a total of 2 years, I worked as a Laboratory Technician. In Fire Assay I was responsible for processing ore samples for ICP/AAS analysis. I really enjoy that type of work and only left that job due to family reasons that saw me move overseas. After that, I worked as a teacher of English in Taiwan. Since returning to Australia I have had various casual/part-time roles. My son has now grown up and no longer requires my attention so I am once again available for full-time positions. I love learning new things and have a true passion for science.I am very good at doing a job properly and accurately. I am however not that good at convincing people to like me and hire me at the first meeting. I just want to do a good job.
