In April 2014 I accepted the role of sales administrator and now currently work as an Import Coordinator for International Forest Products managing a huge range of responsibilities from the logistical supply chain of imports of soft commodities into the UK alongside the support of sales, management of suppliers and customer relationships. My responsibilities have expanded into supporting a multitude of departments including Containerboard, Tissues, Pulp and Cartonboard.In my free time I am very involved with PeaceJam and Rotaract. Peacejam is the global leader in developing young leaders and engaging them in their local communities, mentoring youth to change the world. When the regional hub of PeaceJam was brought to Winchester, UK I helped with getting them officially set up in the community and began working on projects in and around Winchester. As a result I became involved in organising a large conference with the Noble Peace Laureate Jody Williams and local schools, followed by being a mentor at a conference held in Monaco with the Nobel Peace Laureate Aldofo Perez Esquivel. I am still working with the group based in Winchester through coordinating local community projects, organising & attending guest speaker events & working with young people. We are currently organising PeaceJam Winchester 2016 Conference, Nobel Peace Laureate TBC. I became involved with Winchester Rotary Club in July 2013. This resulted in my becoming a co-founder of a youth branch called Winchester Rotaract, which is an 18-25 year olds version of Rotary, and took part in local community projects & developed skills such as marketing and management of events,, working as part of a team as well as leadership and networking.
