BUSINESS ADVISOR/MENTOR: I provide strategic business consulting services and investment readiness advice to emerging technology companies, preparation of grant applications, VC/private equity, small cap public companies, capital formation (equity and debt) and technology/service commercialisation. My experience base covers agri-business, aviation, ITC, resource, biotech/health-services, financial services and data analytics.With a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from Melbourne University, I kicked off my professional career with an international business consulting group. After working in Melbourne, Papua New Guinea, Adelaide and Perth, I was appointed Managing Director of the Group’s companies in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.In the mid 80s I returned to Australia and, over the past 30 years, acted in a number of C-Level, Board Director and consulting roles. I worked in the venture capital/private equity industry for several years as an investment manager. I've also assisted numerous organisations to bring them to ‘investment readiness’ and to raise investment capital.
