As part of the Fee For No Service – Lookback (FFNS) Remediation Programme, the role is critical in designing and ensuring development and operation of the calculation and payment processes, and interaction with the broader organisation from a customer and accounting perspective.

Played the leadership role in providing reporting and analytical business insight by understanding the strategic perspective for all business-facing finance activities. Provided a combination of business acumen and technical knowledge in helping the business to manage and improve performance, analyse past performance and develop and deliver BI solutions to meet the requirements of the Fund.

Primary focus of the role was to identify and deliver management reporting solutions for the merged company. Ensured successful transition of all key reporting items to AMP architecture and infrastructure.

Reporting to the CFO AXA Australia, the role was Finance partner to the General Managers and senior leaders of the Product, Sales & Marketing and Financial Advice Network functional units. Responsible for ensuring 3 teams delivered:• Financial analysis and decision support, • Management Expense control and reporting,• Competitor/Market analysis.
