Managing Oil & Gas -buildings projects following project management strategies from project initiation till project closure.in addition to the responsibility for the on demand sales in Alexand the responsibility of the Regional Ecofit center .my main duties and responsibilities were :Project Manager- Review, analyze, and fully comprehend customer’s request-for-quotations (RFQ).- Provide quotations & technical Support using my experience in design office for low Voltage switchgear, switchboards, motor .control centers, secondary unit substations and panel boards.-Revision of contracts& P.O`s received from the customer once the order is awarded.-Contract Negotiation with the customer and finalize T&C .-Negotiate with sub-contractors to control project cost as planned .- Analysis of project-specific requirements and the ability to identify potential risk-factors requires a thorough understanding of industry technical and commercial requirements- Prepare project analysis (technical, commercial, risk, and financials) using MS project to report to services director.- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors on related projects to meet Customer requested dates .- Follow up with on-site technicians .-Solve any site problems by leading the project team for the benefit of the project .-Execute the project as planned.-Manage project Stakeholders for the benefit of the project.-Manage project change requests .-Invoicing and financial closing.-Lead project closure meeting with the customer.- Prepare lessons learned of my projects to share with all services department .-Archive project documents.On-Demand Sales :- Selling and Manage on demand sales projects( Ex : Spare parts , maintenance , MP4 audit)Regional Ecofit center Leader:.Manage Ecofit regional center for all MV C.B`s ranges ..Manage Projects With Schneider from all different parts of the world , (UK , South Korea, Algeria,UAE. • Supporting 23 Schneider partners all over the kingdom in all their projects (specifications, SLD, schematics & layouts, all based on Schneider standards)• Review their projects specifications, SLD, schematics & layouts are all based on Schneider standards)• Ensure product compliance to specification. • Ensure product design meets specifications.• Ensure that drawings, BOMs and technical specifications meet engineering quality and program requirements.• Responsible for technical support of all engineering activities.• Provide product technical expertise and product knowledge to all partners.• Giving LV products technical training to all partners (totally prepared, written and presented by myself). • Making technical audits at Partners Switchboards.• Making inspection at their ready panels before our final customer come for inspection to ensure that Schneider standards are followed

Main Responsibilities and Achievements• Design and develop electrical drawings/schematics for medium voltage switchgear, low voltage switchboard and motor control center.• Produce bill of materials for medium voltage switchgear, low voltage switchboard and motor Control Center utilizing SAP.• Ensure quality of drawings and bill of materials as per customer requirements.• Design mechanical layouts for special components to be installed in motor control center.• Short circuit calculations.• Ensure customer specifications are met.

• Design and develop electrical drawings/schematics for low voltage switchboard (ATS & Synch panels) and motor control center.• Produce bill of materials for low voltage switchboard and motor Control Center • Ordering electrical and mechanical parts for the panels. • Managing 6 technicians to assemble local panels. • Ensure quality of drawings and bill of materials as per customer requirements.• Design mechanical layouts for special components to be installed in motor control center.• Short circuit calculations.• Relay coordination study.• Selectivity study.• Ensure customer specifications are met.• Attend technical meetings and support customer for any technical clarifications.
