Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for implementing the new Street Lighting Works and maintain the existing street lighting network for a 23 km length project.• Responsible for implementing the new HV and LV Network for new substations including cabling, termination, testing and commissioning.• Supervise technical staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.• Coordinate with other departments to ensure works are being carried out without conflicts with other utilities.• Attend coordination meetings with the technical staff and submit progress reports.• Check and revise the switchboard manufacturing drawing after submitting the single-line diagrams to the switchboard manufacturers.• Submitting weekly site work schedules to achieve required project outputs• Perform electrical design checks, power consumption, voltage drop, Lux calculations, reading single-line diagrams, interpreting drawings, and preparing technical proposals for changes and issues on site.• Ensure the safety conditions and precautions for the technical staff and site.• Ensure quality and compliance with parameters and standards.• Conduct the electrical progress work inspection on-site and support the project controls supervise detailed work plans and establish the progress timetable.• Monitor the quality and quantities of incoming equipment and material against drawings and specifications and arrange corrections or modifications where necessary.• Have a fair understanding of Electrical Estimating makes me eager to learn more.• Ensure the timely availability of all required material to guarantee site work continuity.• Submit hold points, checklists, material inspection requests, RFIs, Invoices and monthly payments for the work done.• Submit As-Built Drawings and hand over the Project to the Owner, upon completion.
